All my work comes from ladies, elderley and disabled mainly, I am often asked for other female workers in other trades.

The Introduction area is to go "Hi may name is XXXXX, I do YYYYY, and have been in the trades for ZZZZ years" Maybe a little self promotion & mention of how good the site is sprinkled in

May I suggest that you ask for this post to be deleted & try again? I am curious though if someone asked for a crews of a certain race or men only, how would you take it?

Yah, I wouldn't be going around advertising that I'm looking for chicks... I don't think it would go over well. Sounds like a phishing scam for American 'trade workers' to be lured into another country.

I'm not sure about the U.K. but here in Canada you can't discriminate by race or gender, therefore your company policy of discriminating against men would be considered illegal. Thankfully!
