Little Fish Jumps In

Hello to All,

My name's Mike, and I'm a fully licensed and insured contractor (finally!).

I mainly do rental repair and maintenance, on some old and busted houses in Buffalo, NY.

I scrapped my way up from nothing, and now i have a decent inventory of tools, and a somewhat stable business. we're hoping it stays that way with my third kid on the way at the end of January.

I am an army of one, seeing as good help is hard to find, and i dont really have the time to look for any either. My primary experience is in roofing, drywall, and painting, though i'm a fair hand at few other things.

I've been reading the forum off and again for some time, and am glad to be able to finally join as a legitimate member.

regards,

John M. Barr
Residential and Lt. Comm. Contracting.
