Kid From SE Alaska

Hi, I'm Nelson

I own Bobwires Audio - a car stereo store/custom shop, and Sound Construction - a side business doing finish carpentry/cabinetry.

I got my start in woodworking building custom subwoofer boxes, and now I do all kinds of stuff.

there is a full bio and partial portfolio of stereo jobs on my website

I'm 21, and I live in Ketchikan, AK.

I joined this forum to learn all I can. I'm going to work as a lineman in a couple months, and I'd like to build a shop in the next couple years. I'll be selling off my stereo inventory and have a cabinet shop full of tools that will be sitting around... I have lots to learn about steel building, sealing and flashing, stone work, and lots more. I'm really happy to find valuable forums on various topics, and they are the main reason why I've been able to run a successful business doing woodwork, fiberglass, metal work, wiring, etc.

I believe in doing things right the first time
