Now we have three people on board with near identical sites. Reason number 4,873 why I chose to use a local web company

Maybe I'm missing something, that design looks pretty original to me. Who else on this forum has a design that looks like Kenny K's

Welcome, I think the site looks good as well...and who cares if you have the same site as 25 other people if they aren't in the same market as you.

Thats a pretty cool feature, letting the viewer choose the colors of the site to be viewed in.

Ed

edit:
Although there are some similarities, if I would not have had it brought up to my attention from DougChips other post in his link, I would not have guessed that there were any connection. I always do look at the web developer link at the bottom though.

Re: Ken From Windows Plus

Hello Cole. It was worth the money in my opinion. A good firm to work with. webfirst creations. You can contact them for pricing. good luck.

Hey thanks a lot.

Hi Doug. You're the main reason why I'm here. thanks for the reccomendation for the website, they are good people to work with. hope to talk soon. sell a lot of windows.

hey ed. every site has its own cool features. we have to do our part and keep promoting. I like the blue/blace myself.

ditto. there are how many of us selling simmilar products. we have to create our own identity and differentiate. what is special about our co., etc. you can't brand on your website unless you have n advertising budget like pepsi, ford motor co or in our industry, Anderson.
It seems like most websites start with a template like other advertising vehicles, direct mail, t.v..

Hi Prostaff. we all have unique sites in diferent areas. I've seen yours and it seems to be working great. I hope I can have simmilar sucess.

Re: Ken From Windows Plus

Sorry that I had to condense your posts, by merging them, but 6 consecutive posts get alot of people irritated.

Now go make some more posts to get your post count back up to 7 again.

If you want to respond to individual comments and quote their remarks, there are 2 different "Quote" functions on the bottom right of the making a new post box.

Practice and get to know how to use them, if you are referencing a specific comment made by someone.

Re: Ken From Windows Plus

Sorry, I stated that wrong.

If you want to Quote from just one previous post, you click on the box in their post that says "Quote". This wil then bring you to the Posting A Reply Box, with their entire post included. You can then edit their reply, just to hit on the aspects you wanted to refer to.

If you want to Quote from several previous replies all in one post, the nest button to the right is the multi-quote button. You click on all posts you want to have included in your reply, one post at a time.

You can even multi-quote someones post from a different thread, which will then bring that quoted post in for comment by you.

When you finally then go to the Reply To Post function, all you have to do, is seperate your comments that are directed to each quote, by typing them under the quoted content.
