Introducing ZACC Construction
Hello CT community,
My name is Jason Rausch, and I am the President of ZACC Construction, llc. We have been in “official” business for 2 years now working primarily on residential remodels, additions, renovations, repairs, and basic improvements. I am a journeyman carpenter/cabinet maker by trade and have been in the construction industry for 20+ years. I have played the carpenter, foreman, superintendent, project manager, director of operations for a multitude of companies from commercial construction/ residential construction/ communications/ industrial. These companies range from the old mom and pop to Fortune 300 companies, both local and nationwide. Because of the economic downturn of 2008, I was forced to, no called to, starting my own company. We are small at the moment, but taking baby steps to insure we grow the RIGHT way. We are fully self funded to perform jobs as large as $50k and growing daily. We are pursuing commercial contracts but the lag in the economy is still ever present here in Houston, with respect to commercial construction. As with any new project, leaning on those who have been down paths not recommended is a great asset to those of us with many decisions to make, and many paths to decide upon. I have been with CT now for a week, and have already learned a few things I didn’t already know. Thanks for all the great information and business experiences. Keep up the talk and maybe we all could learn something new. |
