Intro From JoeLV

Hey all

Gr8 place u have here!!! I have been in the trades for (damn where's my calculator) 42-13......29 years. I have done it all (except HVAC), and love what I do.

Although I do EVERYTHING, my specialty is electrical. Don't know how much longer my body will hold out, but I'm sure I still have a few good years left in me.

I have been focusing on training a replacement, but keep finding kids who can't think or who realize that what we do is actually REAL WORK. I'm on my 4th apprentice now, but he can't walk and chew bubble gum at the same time. I'm really trying to teach him, but it's not looking good.

Oh well.....I'll find the right one sooner or later. Look forward to talking about what we do, and I'll try to get some pics of jobs up.

Welcome to CT - but with your current apprentice you might have quite a few years till you retire
