I'm An Newbie, Loving This Site....

What's goin on everyone, my name is Jim from NJ. I'm 25yrs old. I've been in the commercial construction trade since i was 8 years old always on the job with my pops. A little bit about myself:

I have done everyting related to sitework, i'm an excellent machine operator from dozers, excavators, and trucks. My favorite machine to run is the dozer, just something about creating the landscape with a blade lol. I've been working for my uncles' company full time for 8 years now. I was a laborer for 5 years doin everything from pipe installations, masonry, retaining walls, etc. I've just recently been learning the trade of the super on a job, i ran a 4 million dollar project for over 9 months down in Neptune, NJ and then as assistant super up north. I've been a pipe foreman as well, shooting all the grades, getting materials on the job and such. All the experience i've gained is really the only reason i stay with my uncles' company, i don't recommend working for a family member which is one reason i am looking to go out on my own within the next couple years.

Well thats enough about me for now, i came across this site just recently and i think its awesome. I hope to share some of my experiences and expertise in the future. I'll be around, for now gotta go.
