Howdy From Central Oregon
Nice to see such an active forum dedicated to contractors! My name is Peter Coughlin Jr., I specialize in ICF/ Energy efficient construction. Performance Structures LLC is my business. Logix is my block of choice. Been licensed for a little over 2.5 years. First started doing ICF construction in 2001 working for my father. Been very grateful to have such a great mentor when it comes to construction. We have had our 'father & son' moments
 but have always kept in good terms with each other. 2007 we won two ICFA awards for residential ICF construction. Besides ICF installations and general contracting, we also provide energy efficient building packages and products for home owners and builders (greenbuilderswholesale.com). Of course like everyone else and there mother, work has slowed down A LOT. Ive been taking this oppurtunity to put together some new marketing and materials for clients. I am also studying up. Im working on my LEED AP certification right now. Hope to have it by April. Anyways nice to meet you all.  - Peter
