Hi From Central Florida

I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Alyson, a handywoman with Ms. Fix-It, Inc., working out of the central Florida area. I just recently joined this forum, and it seems like a great resource, as well as a lot of fun.

In our company, we do all kinds of household repairs and renovations; everything from drywall to carpentry, painting to tile installations. We are a small company, and often subcontract out larger projects or highly specialized stuff.

I learned a long time ago to surround myself with people who are smarter and wiser than I am, and I have been looking for a community of construction professionals. Often I find it hard to figure out weird stuff that I encounter in the field, and I have enjoyed reading the dialogues on this site as a result. People seem to know what they are talking about here.

Anyway, just wanted to say "hi!"
