Heya

Thought I would introduce myself, seems to be the courtious thing to do. So, hello to you in advance =)

I am new to general contracting, but I have many years of experiance in many phases of building, remodeling and restoration work. I never thought I would make a career of it (went to college as an IT geek), but I have taken the plunge similar to those on this site. The economy and how larger companies are reacting really is pushing people to take risks that they were to scared to venture. Im not ashamed to say it, I never had the balls to go out on my own until now. With determination and will to succeed I know there can be good things to come. I admire small business and everything each and every one of you do and does.. It helps our country, it really does. Big business and the government like to forget who got them where they are today and what holds this country up.

Without going on a tangent, I will leave it at that for now. Hope to get to know some of you soon.
