Hey, New To The Site
Hey guys,
I've had a small construction business for a few years now. I live a little north of boston, ma. I'm licensed but looking to grow my business and love all the advise on here. Right now I'm trying to become incorporated but there is so much to read about it I'm a bit overwhelmed. So I'm sure you'll see some questions on here soon from me about that unless someone points me to a thread I haven't found yet that already discusses it. Thanks, Mike |

Re: Hey, New To The Site
Any chance I could talk one on one with you guys? I need a mentor that has already done the startup proccess in MA and can help me. I would love to have you help me out with a timeline of things to do (its hard to pick what order to do everything in), I haven't become incorporated yet, I don't have any good subs other than 1 plumber, I don't know the best ways to advertise, etc... Basically I've been doing small jobs by myself with just word of mouth keeping me busy. Now that I'm getting married and want to buy a house and have a family I need to grow into something a bit bigger and more established. If we could talk one on one that would be so helpfull. Either on here, through email, phone, in person, anything you want!
![]() Let me know... Thanks again, Mike |
