Hey Guys...

I'm a 34 year old GC out of Florida...and this is my second year as a license holder. I hold a BFA in architecture, and decided to combine the two and open a design/build company - so far, so good. However, I realize that I have a lot to learn about construction b/c architecture is only a small part of the equation.

Outside of that, I'm here to learn, share...and contribute as much as possible to the board.

BTW - native Floridian...work hard...play hard. No wife...no kids...so, I defnitely PLAY HARD!!
