Hello From Port Orchard, WA
Hi everyone,
This looks like a great site for quality information. I'm a remodel GC, do most of our work inhouse: cabinets, paint,carpentry,etc... just sub out what we need to to stay legal [ electric,plumb ]. Hope to one day be a one stop shop w/ electric and plumb also. we'll see how that pans out.We also do rehabs for ourselves mostly w/ 1 or 2 investor clients. We're only four yr. old as a business and have lots to learn but we are determined to do so. Sooo I will read and gleen alot and speak when I think I have something to contribute. Steve Unkie. |
