Hello from Ohio

I found this site a short time ago and imediatelly joined. I have been self-employed for the past 14 years (after taking a voluntary layoff from the Airline industy...best move ever...lol). I had a lot of ups and downs in the first few years but work has been great and wouldn't change my profession for anything. I used to have with a small crew (4 guys) but 8 years ago decided to go solo. It's hard work but I like it that way. My overhead has dropped to almost nothing and the rewards are greater. I am not a low bidder by no means but it does keep me a few dollars less than bigger companies plus my clients enjoy the personal service. I haven't advertised in about 10 years and work off of repeat clients and referals. That's enough about me but just wanted to say hello and say thanks for the great website!

Thanks guys! You will never catch me asking how much to charge. My thoughts on that subject is....If you don't know how much to charge...you are definately in the wrong line of work.

Good for you. Alot to be said for, regarding how you are doing things for yourself.

Looks like you doing things right, since you have been busy and not advertising. Nothing wrong with hard work. ....Like the old saying: "It's called work...for a reason."

Welcome to CT.
