Thought I would introduce myself. I am 3rd generation building contractor (Talk about being hammered Dad and Grandpa on the job and in the office), I got my License since 93 . I had done allot of high end projects around SF bay area (our company was located there until about 01). Our company focus has changed into the single family rental market. We buy homes remodel them and rent them out.
