Hello From Michigan


I just joined the forum hoping to learn alot from the pros here. I have worked on about everything before except larger commercial buildings. Most of the work Ive done is electrical work in large farms like in packing houses.

Welcome aboard. I just found out my sister-in-law and her husband sold their house and are moving to be near their daughter on the Coast Guard base in Michigan's upper peninsula I think. Personally I think they are crazy.

Tim, we got about 4" of snow yesterday, april 11 and Im right above indiana. I think the coast guard place your talking about is up north from here about 150 miles so they probably get more snow then we do here. Lake michigan is nice but it makes a ton of snow when cold air blow across the warm water in the winter. This is what you look liek in the winter when you wake up and look out the window and have another 2feet of snow to shovel . then it turns into and or
