Hello! Interior Designer Looking For Contractors~
Hello Everyone! I am an Interior Designer with over seven years of experience. I just branched out on my own to start my own business and I am looking for networking contacts to be able to start business relationships with contractors in the area or even out of state. I am very flexible, and am able to work in multiple states. I am located in Southern New Jersey, but I will cover Philadelphia, suburbs of Philadelphia, and all of New Jersey. If anyone is interested in making a new contact, please feel free to contact me. I am interested in learning about your business and what your company's services are as of now! I hope you all have a great week!

Welcome aboard. I'd love to help, but I'm nowhere near your area. Feel free to refer any designers you like in my direction though...

Re: Hello! Interior Designer Looking For Contractors~
My business is just getting off the ground - so far none yet, however in my past experience I used wallcoverings a lot in commercial and medical applications. I enjoy using wallcovering in residential applications where paint won't suffice - mostly where intricate patterns are called for. Forecasting though - I will most likely use wallcovering about 20%-30% of the time that I would be using paint. This is not always by choice - it is a lot of times just because of the clients budget or preference. Does this help at all? Why do you ask - do Interior Designers not choose wallcovering over paint out there?
If you don't mind me asking you a question - how do you price hanging wallcoverings? What is your rate? |

I sent you a reply to your email. I am so new to this, I didn't realize that each conversation keeps their own thread - I thought replying would've just clogged the introductions box - so now you have this thread and an email! Have an awesome day!

Re: Hello! Interior Designer Looking For Contractors~
Thanks for the welcome! I see you just signed up as well... how is this working out for you? I see that you are in Florida, but do you ever need to refer designers to clients for color selections, spatial layouts or furniture and fixture selections? If so, could you give me some ideas of how you find the Interior Designers to whom you refer your clients??? Do you ever work with designers out of state?

Hi Susan;
We are in the same area as you. We specialize in high end renovations, in addition to owning a custom cabinet shop. Our cabinet work can be viewed at either of the web sites listed below. Maybe it's a match. |
