Hello From GA
Hey my name is Jonathan. I'm 18, and I'm from Cartersville, GA. A little bit about myself...I come from a whole line of GC's and Carpenter's, so I've been around the industry growing up. When I was 14, I started helping my Dad frame his spec's and renovate his rental properties that he kept during the summer's. When I was 16, I got on with a local Remodeling Contractor and worked with him for almost two years part-time when I wasn't playing football.
Now, I just recently acquired a business license, got insured, and opened up my own landscaping business. I also do light renovation work, mostly hanging and finishing drywall, but I'm limited to $2,500, so I don't get much business in that category. Not to mention I'm 18, not many people want an 18 year old messing with their house . I'm starting Georgia Tech in January for my MS in Building Contruction, then I'll be ready for my GC title.I don't think it's too bad for somebody straight out of high school, but what do I know?
