I stumbled across this sight a few weeks ago and thought I would join. I'm a licensed GC in Mi. And looking forward to chatting with you all and sharing info.

They seem to be pretty booming on the west coast, St joe area. I,m from white pigeon, just south of three rivers. Locally things are picking up on the local lakes. Our township just installed a sewer system last year and if you have ever experienced it you know what follows! In fact I'm supposed to sign a contract for a new home this week on one of the lakes Pn70 I'm about 2.5 hrs from you. nice Place you live, my fiancee's got some relation there. Thanks for the warm welcome guys!
Mike

Re: Hello Form Michigan

Riley,
I agree with you 1000%. I call the undercutters the "crackhead" contractors, because they will do your job for unbelievablely low low price. I am throughly frustrated as you are. These people don't have good references, insurances or even sometimes proper tools yet they be me out all the time.
