Hey everyone, my name is Scott Nelson. I found this site a couple weeks ago and got hooked. I've been reading a lot of threads on here, it's nice to have a place to converse with others in the same business. I own a small remodeling company in Lexington, KY (Nelson Remodeling). If there is anyone on here from the area please feel free to drop me a line, always looking to make business contacts. I think I will be spending quite a bit of time on here so I just wanted to introduce myself.

Welcome to CT.

I too, strongly believe in having a small network of fellow workers/contractors/GC's, in your own neighborhood.

I have one, we talk regularly, consult with each other, and have helped each other out, many times, on our individual jobs. When you can harness the experience of others, you can bring that additional experience into your own work.

Just had to check this thread out. Wanted to see if your company name was actually K Y Remodeling. That would imply that you were probably never the lowest bidder...lol.

Nope, not K Y Remodeling. I tried to be NelsonRemodeling, but all it would let me have was NelsonRemodelin, so I just came up with KYRemodeler. Thanks for the welcome guys.
