Hello From Delray Beach FL!
Hello everyone,
My name is Emmanuel, though most know me as Manny, and I am new to this website and forum. Thought I would introduce myself and my company, Parial Construction Inc. I passed my FL G.C. test last August 06 and my license was activated Dec. of 06. Myself I specialize in carpentry and finish carpentry while my company handles more or less everything from remodels to demolition. I would really appreciate any advice or tips on gaining new business and good methods of gaining new clients as a new G.C. I have found being a new small guy that more or less no one wants to deal with you or give you a shot. I plan on taking my NC general contractors test soon and will hopefully have my FL roofing license sometime this year. Emmanuel |
