Hello From California
Have been lurking in here for a bit and decided to start posting as I am on the back stretch of receiving my general class B license. Passed my exams last week and am just waiting to receive my notice from the CSLB that I am not a wanted man and to send in proof of a license bond and license fee. I have been in the building/landscaping trades since I got a work permit at the age of 15. Have done everything from landscape/irrigation to complete residential renovations. I am currently a maintenance director for a property management company here in Los Angeles. Hoping to learn a thing or two as well as share any helpful information to those seeking it.
