Hello From Alabama
Hello:
I have been a spec home builder in Alabama for quite a while. However, spec sales are slowing down which has led me to moving into some exterior siding and trim sub-work. I know what the total price I usually pay was, but couldn't make any sense out of how the porches were priced. I have the vinyl soffit and fascia pricing down, but had some questions on what to charge for: Birdboxes porches with soldiers. price per sq ft? This will be pricing to the contractor. I want to have it down on the bidding, because if I get this job, it should lead to about ten jobs a year with this one builder. Thanks |

That is what we call them down here. The vertical vinyl that goes around the beams on the porch. |
