I think i have stumbled upon a gold mine!
I have been lurking for a couple days now after hearing about this site on construction-resourse.com. this is great.
im from the south shore of boston and have been in the construction industry for about 16 yrs. im 33 and specialize in exterior remodeling but have experience in everything residential. i just left a company that was paying me good but it just wasnt working. so now im back on my own again. i did this before but never got properly insured or did things by the book, but this time i have learned from previous mistakes and am already incorporated, insured ,registered and i start the building supervisors license prep class this thurs. im very familiar with how these forums work and most of the questions i was wondering about has been answered by reading past posts. ill be around reading and if i feel i have something helpfull to say ill chime in.
