Just wanted to say hello to everyone here. Found your message board by accident while looking for info about concrete.

I am NOT a contractor, but I work for one. Retired from my original field of work and wanted to get back into construction. Im the guy on the site where everyone calls my name when they need a tool or something lifted-pulled or nails to be banged. The only difference is that I have grey hair and can read a ruler.
Most of our work is remodeling, additions, and lots of roofing and siding. Enough variety so I feel like I learn something new everyday I work. Plus he lets me tag along on estimates when he does them.

Honestly dont expect to post much, I just like reading your boards and picking up any information I can.
