Haven't Been Here Since 04! Hey!!

Just checked an old email and found out the site was back. G.Mack from Baltimore, Maryland and just want to give everyone a holla! I am a realestate investor and have always admired contractors for their knowledge and skill especially crews that seem small and get the job done with little to no time Keep up the good work and if anyone is interested I will be posting property leads that may prove very profitable. Investing in a property and being able to do your own rehab is killer in Baltimore guys, believe me.

It's nice to have the support of others in associated industries. I do have a quick question for you though. In your capacity as a real estate investor, do you find spamming to be an effective part of a comprehensive marketing plan? Just wondering.
