Found this site yesturday and am liking it more by the minute. I live in Mass. started off years ago doing alot of drywall then was out of trades for 10 years taking care of handicapped community. Met my wife there(fellow staff) and started a small family (2 young kids) Got back into trades about 5 years ago. Was doing lots of taping and painting for a Gc who kept coming up short handed on carpenters. Trained me to do finish work. invested alot into good tools. Love the work when I can do it. Have done a couple of build ins. but my maine bread and butter is still painting which I tire of the tedium of. The carpentry is much more engrossing. I know I have started a little late in the game but when I look at the shotty work I stumble across alot of the time I maintain my pride in what I do short the years of experience I'm sure alot of you guys have under your belts. Anyway Hi everyone.
