Hello to all!! Just joined the site. Im Dave from the TLC Investment Group LLC and we are now diving into the "Handyman" business and doing some renovating in addition to the maint and rehab work to our own properties.
Will be looking to sub to honest, reliable and profesional contractors in the future for everything from carpet to roofing. If any of you are in the area, drop me a note with some background and your requirements and we can chat a bit.
We are very busy on our own projects and looking to aggresively move forward in a new business venture with the right people.
