Finally Checking In

I've been browsing the site for a couple of years and finally decided to jump in and intro myself. We have a mid size painting company an hour east of Vancouver, B.C. We specialize in custom homes but took the plunge a couple of years ago into apartments and townhouses as that seemed to be the direction most of the bldg around here was going. And no, we don't do $99 per room specials It's been very profitable for us and we've learned as we've grown. Aside from that, we have a crew that does finishing and light carpentry but see the time ahead to grow in another area as well. Perhaps someone on the board can give us some ideas on how to start up new construction site cleaning - thinking about construction clean up as well and actual cleaning of suites and homes. This would work hand in hand with our painting and finishing divisions. Firm believer that we have to plan for success and with the slow down in all sectors, seems like a perfect time to do some planning in advance of the next uptick - can't hardly wait Thanks for all your input and if any of you have need of some additional reliable hardworking hands, let us know

Welcome to CT

Getting into cleaning isn't that dificult, you may want to offer it as a service along with protecting the windows, floors, etc... (Best part it cuts down on your prep)

Now would you mind putting your location in your profile? Thanks
