Dome Builders

Greetings to all. I am new to the site and this is my first posting. My wife and I have designed and began to build our geodesic dome and this forum site seemed to be a good place for asking questions. We have already poured the footing and the basement walls. Currently we are preparing to install the perimeter drains and formwork for the basement slab. I hope we can all be friends, (Optimism rules). We are in Indiana by the way.

Welcome aboard,
One bit of advise, Don't loose your center refference point. I framed a couple of these hmmmm, probably like 17-18 yrs ago. Never laughed so hard in my life,( the whole crew was cracking up) must have been something in the air that day. Personally not for me, but they do really have cool accoustics. Hope to hear about your project and hopefully you post some pics.
