DIY... As Much As You Can.

Hey guys, new to the forum, been reeding lots of posts for a few weeks now, and have picked up some great tips, thanks.
I do beleive in DIY... as much as you can. Certain jobs require skilled tradesmen or licenced professionals..
But I am in the middle of finishing by basement in my new contractor built home, (+/- 1100 sq. ft. basement) so some jobs require studying the subject, and look forward to your help if i have any questions...

Good job, and great site!
