Commercial Trim Carpentry Labor
Hi, all. New to the site and looking forward to learning a lot. We are a custom residential trim outfit doing high end new home construction in the DFW area. We want to expand the business and have an opportunity to enter the commercial arena by way of an upscale restaurant project. I know that labor rates for commercial interior trim are generally higher than residential labor rates. But I don't have any specific information like, why, how much, or other tips and practices for quoting commercial trim projects. Your collective experience and advice is appreciated!
