First, would like to say, thank you to all who contribute to this forum. 35 yrs old and worked in the remodeling business 18 years.

I have been a design builder for private investors approximately 6 years.

Meaning as a remodeler and dealing with home owners you need to be a
psychologist, marriage counsler, baby sitter, etc......
