Back At It

Greetings all- used to be somewhat active on here, then a couple years ago I took a superintendent job for a custom home builder, and kind of lost touch with this place for some reason. Seemed like a great job at first, but wound up not really clicking for me like I thought. So as of last week Iím back doing my own gig, albeit with a bit more organization and plan than last time. I do general residential construction contracting and some carpentry in the Fort Worth area.

Been looking around on here last day or so and I forgot how interesting and helpful it could be. Will try to be nice and contribute.

Carry on.

Welcome back. Ernie was very happy with how the house turned out, too bad he didn't get to stay there long.

Good luck

Yeah his house turned out great. That was about the time I began seriously thinking about going back on my own. I actually didnít service them terribly well on the final few things, because my full time job was so crazy I could barely keep my head above water. Very kind of him to say nice things about me. Theyíre great people.

He is moving back to Georgetown or maybe already has. I didn't do that house either. LOL. A lot of my relatives thinks I'm uppity I won't drive an hour out

I have to go to Dallas a few times this year for Builders Association business we should get together and talk shop. You got anything lined up Clay?
