already mentioned my trucks earlier. I bought my 03,2500,4x4,D-max chevy wrecked. The driver side suspension ripped clean out, cracked front diff and bent frame. Fixed it all myself with help from my dad. Thought seriously about throwing a dana 60 under there with four links and bags just high enough to clear 35s. Now kinda wish had done that. Dont think it would have cost any more either. It also needed new front left fender, hood, grill, windsheild, right rear bedside and fix dents all around. Looks great now but front end just feals a little weak with 33s and 2" level kit.

Re: What Kind Of Truck Do You Drive?

1982 Chevy Silverado with a 4 speed and 6.2 diesel - 31mpg and dual tanks. Right now it's down with a no start condition, probably air in the fuel lines. It's going under the knife though when I can afford it. It's work truck days will be over then.

But I'm looking for a 2000+ GM or Dodge 4x4 and a step van soon.

POS 1999 Chevy S10 w/ camper shell and rack. I hate this truck. If I decide to stay small, I will go with a V6 Ranger.. or get a Ford Eff-juan-fiddy the 4.6 or 5.4.. dunno which one.

Look into a company called Spartan Diesel Tech. They have a tuner and DPF delete package that is very popular. The people using it are jumping right up to the high teens to even over 20 MPG along with improved power.
