I would have to say my Leatherman Wave also. I have had a wave for about 7 years now. I sent it in to get fixed like a years ago and they sent me the new version. It has all locking blades and tools. Much nicer but the old one had sentimental value.

Leatherman for me .
There is many service calls where all you need is that tool to get r done.
Next favorite tool is the remote control for the Boombox playing some deep tracks on sirius.
