Tripod Panning/yawing Screw Type Adjuster.

I just got a new Stabila LAPR-100. I use it primarily in the plumb position. My question is, does anyone make an adapter that fits between the tripod and laser that would give me some type yaw/panning control over it. I want to be able to adjust my beam very slightly left or right when its 100 or more feet out. Like some thing with a knob or screw you could turn. I imagine they make them, just don't know what they're called. Thanks for any light you can shed on this.
