Trailer Experience Opinions Wanted

Has anyone towed a 16' cargo trailer with a 3/4 ton cargo van.

Is this a bad idea? What was your experience?

5.8 liter V8, 2006 Ford, 2WD, anti-locks 10 ply tires

Home remodeling tools, probably will never exceed 2000 lbs

I'm wondering about this size and what would be my overall length

your gas mileage will suck but it will tow the trailer just fine.

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 liter that pulls a 7x16 Cargo Trailer that weighs about 6,000lbs loaded everyday with no problem. I get about 10 miles per gallon.

I pull my 7x16 fully loaded with my 98 chevy 1/2 ton. I get about 12 miles to the gallon.

Yeppprrrrrrrr

I get 12 MPH everywhere I go loaded or unloaded

I'm wondering if this may pull a cargo van around a bit more than a pick-up?
