Yeah yeah yeah,I wanna get in little more finish work and that's why I've bought it but do I really need it?Hell no,I'm framer mostly.

I can rationalize any tool purchase under 200 and am pretty good at higher end rationalazation.

Yes in fact I just bought a T55 tonight with clamps and the mft/3 table. I just finished the job that I should have had it for. I've been looking at it for a few months but didn't want to spend the money, then my wife suggested the tool and she talked me right into it. By the way during the few months I was contemplating buying the Festool, I was supporting my addiction with other tools.

Hi Val, I too am a toolaholic. It has been 3 days since my last tool. Just remember step 1 is admitting it. Step 2 is getting your wife not to kill ya every time you come home with a new tool.

Yes, serious Toolaholic.
Probably most of the guys here are.
Not only a toolaholic, but a tool catalogaholic too. Man, can I waste some time drooling over new tools in catalogs.
I get almost as many catalogs as bills in the mail. Of course, new tool catalogs lead to more bills...

I will buy a high-quality tool for a job even if it is probably going to be a one-time-thing. As long as the purchase does not make me lose money on the contract. That is the extent of my addiction!

I have started the slide down the slippery slope of festool. Their tools are way better, longerlasting, time saving money makers. Worth everything you pay for them. Added bonus they retain 75%+ of their vaule used, easy to sell and buy the newest green and blue to get your fix. I acually put my CT22 and when I had collected 4 Systainers to stack on top I wheeled it next to me in bed. Girl friend got mad and went downstairs and slept, she snores anyways.

Just another addict. I tried to buy a couple tools today but was denied due to the fact the tool shop I needed is closed on Sundays..... In fact I think I'll change my screen name to TOOLJUNKIE....

Hello All,
My name is Leslie and I'm a tooloholic as well. I haven't joined a 12 step program for it yet. hehe.

The worst part is justifying the tool to my husband who just rolls his eyes at me every time I get a new tool. He's pretty much given up.

I tell him it's for my business (and it is!) I tell him you must have the right tool for the job (and that's true).

And yes, I too and a catalogoholic. I love to read them, especially when I'm relaxin in my hottub! LOL
