throw it all in the dishwasher, then go to work the next day. she has to unload it at some point. whatever doesnt' come clean, she'll have to clean before you get home. haha. works great!
if it doesnt fit in the dishwasher. i hate cleaning anything by hand. my first job when I was like 12 was washing dishes. and i just have bad memories of that.

If you notice closely the lifetime of tools seem to duplicate the natural course of physical aging. When young and new everything is fresh and exciting. As time passes and the abuses of life set in you have to tweak them with oil and replacement parts. Then just before all is said and done there's at least one screw loose and you have to beat it to no avail.
I don't like shovels either.

Nope that dont work at all. I hate to say it but im usually home first or home all day when its raining like now so i still do it. When we get home at same time i usually unload and reclean while she cooks. No sitting on the couch and waiting for the meal to magicly appear before me like every older man in my family.
Oh and the vacum SUCKS too!

i gota say i have a love hate relationship with the gas cut off saw... man when i have to cut rebar it is a blessing, unless i end up lighting my self on fire... (did that twice and both ended up with ruined pants)... but when i have to throw the diamond blade on it to cut concrete, just shoot me. followed closely behind that is the sledge hammer... cause that only comes out in relation to the partner saw. vacum and dishwasher are a close tie for 2nd

Digging iron for sure. Shovels, picks, post hole diggers are nothing compared to the six foot man killer in a rocky post hole.

Weedeater. You know its not going to last, every time it cranks up and gets the job done could be the last time. Have to figure out how much line to put on it and which direction to wind the spool, needs mix gas and its noisy.

Toe-kick saw, they are a pain and dangerous because they're designed so stupid. They put torque on your wrist and constantly kick back.

Replace it with a Shindawa and start calling it a bushcutter. No one over here uses a lawnmower. They just cant hang in the uneven and rocky terrain. Its pretty common to see "bush ninja's" trimming back the sides of the road. Wearing a tinted facemask head wrapped in a t-shirt and completly covered from head to toe to keep the grass out. Ill have to find a photo and post some time. I think its a VERY guam thing.
