Rigid table saw stands
i purchased a pair after Basswood recommended them a couple weeks back when one of my rollers bit the dust,i didnt even purchase them for the table saw, thought they "wood" (hehe) be better than a roller because the rollers track off if their not aligned just right, but i have to say they are flat out awsome as table saw stands
i had alot of 16' 1x material to rip for a coffered ceiling this week and the way they pick up and lift the sagging material as they exit the table saw works flawlessly
amazing how such a simple design could beso awsome,so a big thumbs up to Rigid, their also very well constructed, heavy gauge box tubing, nice all metal clamp lever unlike the plastic handles that are on the rollers, and the possitive clamp design on the heighth adjustment is a much needed improvement as well
the height adjustment on the rollers were tapped and a bolt held it but they would slip after a while
so if you do alot of ripping of long material by your lonesome i highly recommend them
thanks Basswood

I have one of them as well, I use it all the time. Only problem with it i have is if you are ripping a 4x8 sheet by yourself, it tends to skip across it a little bit.

I have these as well. I use them for the table saw and the miter saw in the field. It is the best stand on the market by far. I have had the adjustment knob break on mine.

After reading the thread last week and now this one I will be going out today to purchase a couple of these. I just bought the ridgid miter saw stand and am very happy with that stand. Shouldn't need any more support for the miter box but I also just bought a new bosch table saw so they will be nice for that. Thanks

The adjustment knob broke on mine as well, I just bought a cheap wrench, cut the open box side off, took the adjustment assembly apart then put the open box end over the nut and put it all back together, worked like a charm, now you just turn the wrench to loosen, and I did the same for my mitre saw stand which also broke. I try to get some pics if I remember

I have a couple as well... 1 with a broken handle so there is a pair of visegrips dedicated to that stand.
