Portable Outfeed Table....

Anybody got any decent pictures of a home built portable outfeed table, or maybe links to plans or a bought piece? I occasionally need to cut up parts from full pieces of plywood, and it's a pain (and unsafe) to do that by myself. Help out a dumb electrician who's not exactly up to speed on how you guys accomplish this in the field.

(of course I could do it with a Skil saw and a set of horses, but I'm straight line sawing challenged).

You could get some of those portable Ridgid out feed stands. They work pretty well.

Push it halfway thru, - - let go of it, - - and walk around to the other end and pull it. If 'balance' won't allow it to sit there on it's own, 'fingertip' it into balance from/on the underside as you walk around . . .

I have a pair of adjustable horses and a 30" x 50" piece of waxed plywood.
The size of the plywood was something I had left over from something years ago. I wax it so there is less drag.

Re: Portable Outfeed Table....

The Ridged is the best I have used. I use it on the jobsite for both the miter saw, and the table saw. Because the table of the stand tilts, it allows it to accept sagging wood, then bring it to level. It is the only stand any of the crew uses.
