NiCad Battery Repair.

Someone here had forwarded me a copy of a guide to fix NiCad batteries by hooking a higher voltage source to the battery for a couple of seconds. If you have a copy of this guide, I need it again. I can't find the hard copy I had and I can't find the electronic one in my email.

Thanks!
