Miter box out of square

I have a 12" bosch sliding miter box that i cannot keep square. anyone have any solutions or have the same problem? it is fairly new and this is not getting out of square from job to job but from cut to cut.

Sounds more like the blade than the saw, otherwise there would be some consistency to it. It's probably dull on one side.
