Max Framing Nailer

I have a Max stick framer that I bought in 2001. I'm a remodeler, so it doesn't get used every day, but it has been the most trouble free nail gun I've ever owned.

If you think the cost in the US is high over here in OZ the price of all MAX POWERLITE tools are roughly 3 times the price.
For example the AKHL 1050 compressor costs AUS$4000.00.
The HN90 Coil Nailer cost about $2000.00AUS

One AUS dollar is worth about 1 US dollar.

Despite the high cost and a much smaller market MAX Australia have sold about 100 of these units in the past 4 years.

I've been using the system for the last 6 years and am really happy with it.

My only criticism would be in relation to the HS90 Stick nailer.
This is not available in OZ because it takes a special paper collated stick nail which makes it unviable to sell over here.

I have heard a rumour that Max are possibly redesigning this gun to take your standard SENCO/PASLODE nail which would make it far more attractive to buy.

I really think the price of MAX in the US is very reasonable considering it's such high quality products.
