Makita 4-in1 Cordless

Was shopping for another combo drill & impact setup, and came across a Makita 18v lith-ion 4-in-1 drill, driver, hammer drill and impactor unit.

Has anyone purchased this tool yet? If so, I'd be interested to get some input.

Thanks in advance.

Jack

The 18V LXT series in an Aqua case?

Yes. Works great. Think there have been other discussions about it here.

The impact driver is amazing. Very light. Good for installing at least 3 garage door openers

Is this 1 tool that does all 4? Or is this just the 2 item combo kit?

Seen it, want one but I got to know, hows the nose cone? Any good for drywall? Is it adjustable? Does'nt look too stable to me, but the LXT line is a great line.

Re: Makita 4-in1 Cordless

It has four modes: 2 spped drill, inpact driver, hammer drill, and driver with 16 torque settings. The impact mode is awesome, and it is compact and lightweight. Batteries seem to last a good amount of time, and it comes with a 22 min(?) charger. Can even play different songs when you pop in a battery, which seems a waste of money to me. Only used it for a day and I think its a keeper. As for the nose cone, I'm not really sure what you mean, so I can't comment.
