Panasonic has been making a drill/impact for a while, there is a slider on the housing near the gear selection that switches between impact and drill, and it has a chuck that comes off with the push of a button to reveal the impact driver. Also, it comes with Panasonic's excellent 3.5amp-hour batteries.

but unfortunately doesn't come with the hammerdrill option
