You can but, it will cost you 1300 bucks for the saw and about another 500 for the extractor.

I took advantage of it twice this week, once upstairs in a finished house, adding a new wall to make the loft the 4th bedroom. Took 30 seconds to clean up the dust left over from cutting about 42 cuts.

I made way more of a mess drilling 4 holes in the studs for wiring.
I need a drill with dust extraction.

Second one was for my own closet upstairs, took the saw to the work, saved a tone of walking and cleaning time.

It ain't the monitor, it's the eyeballs. A lot of us old pharts just aren't comfortable squinting at anything higher than 1024 x 768. At that res, 640 x 480 makes the pics fit just right.

Use that as your Lowest Common Denominator and you won't get any complaints.

My resolution is 1680x1050 and I need to sidescroll for those images. My browsers are never fullscreen though, I don't like it when they are. I like to be able to click my desktop icons whenever I need to.

Dust extraction we got....

http://www.hilti.ca/holca/modules/pr...jsp?OID=-33507

For most tasks and wood drilling I hold my little ridgid vac with one hand and my drill with the other, if it requires 2 hands then pay a youngster to the vac hose.
