Re: Jumping Jake Tampers

I own a Mikasa made by Multiquip and it works great. Never used a Wacker but both my Plate compactors are made by Wacker and also work great. Dont buy anything chinese unless you only need it to last one job. I found my Mikasa off Craigslist for $600. Mine is diesel but I have seen several gas ones in the $800-1200 dollar range used in great shape, new they are around $3,000 for gas and $4,000 for diesel for a quality one that will last.
