Hitachi Excavator Grey Market! Ouch!!!! Need Help

Ouch!!!! Need Help I purchased a Hitachi Ex50URG about a year ago and have had great service with the machine. However it now pours hydraulic oil out of the turntable and will not rotate. I can't figure out how to get inside to fix the problem. The machine is a grey market machine and my local Hitachi dealer sold out to John Deere and neither can help me at all on the machine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
